Breads and Goodies
| Baguette |
Our version of the French baguette. This light, yeasted bread has a crisp crust and tender, airy crumb. It’s great with dinner when fresh and a day old baguette makes great bruschetta! (Not available wholesale.) |
| Batard |
A mild, sourdough loaf made with organic flours. It has a chewy crust and a tender crumb. Great with soups and for sandwiches! Made Tuesdays through Saturdays. |
| Challah |
Our version of the Challah. This rich, slightly sweet bread is made with eggs and butter! Great as French toast. Made on Fridays. |
| Classic Asiago Flatbread |
It’s all in the name. This flatbread has a nice, open crumb with a cheesy, Asiago, crust. It’s great as a meal on its own or with a warm bowl of minestrone soup. Made on Wednesdays and Fridays. |
| Country White |
Great with any meal, this light yeasted bread is similar to our baguette, just a different shape. Kids love it with PB&J. |
| Jalapeno Flatbread |
This spicy flatbread has more than heat, it’s a treat on its own or with a smear of local goat cheese. Made on Thursdays. |
| Multigrain |
Our most popular bread. Loaded with whole grains. It is a dark, seeded sourdough bread with a tight crumb. It is a must for sourdough lovers! |
| Olive-Rosemary Flatbread |
A harmony of rosemary and dark Calamata olives. We recommend dousing it with olive oil and sprinkling it with sea salt. Made on Tuesdays and Saturdays. |
| Potato Dill |
One of our baker’s personal favorites. The potato, garlic and dill in this bread balance each other very nicely. Great for hearty sandwiches! Made on Wednesdays and Fridays. |
| Raisin Spelt |
This bread is great as toast with a touch of cultured butter! No sugar was added to compromise the natural sweetness of the raisins. Perfect for breakfast! Made on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. |
| Rye |
Our baker calls this a true rye. It is unencumbered by any other flavor. It is a slice of perfection when smeared with caraway butter! |
| Spelt |
Spelt is an ancestor to the modern wheat. The taste of this bread is similar to a mild whole wheat loaf. It has a buttery aroma with a mellow, nutty flavor. Made Tuesdays through Saturdays. |
| Whole Wheat |
A mild, sourdough bread with a tight crumb. It has a nutty flavor with a crunchy texture. Great with soups and for sandwiches! |
